Shipping policy

All items include Complimentary UK Delivery

At the present time, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Local drop off Delivery applies to areas near SS7, SS6 & SS9. A minimum spend of £20 applies. If there is no answer,  we will leave your delivery in a safe place by/on your doorstep.

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail. Our candles & lotions will primarily be sent Tracked 48 at no expense to yourself. Clamshells & smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail standard delivery unless purchasing several, then these will be sent Tracked 48 also.

We aim to send all purchases within *2 to 4 working days. Please allow a little extra for busier times.

*Please note: delivery estimates are based on standard shipping times for instock items. If you placed a preorder, your item will be dispatched as soon as it's ready and you'll be notified when it's on its way. As we will need additional time to create & cure them before sending.
