Shipping policy

All items include Complimentary UK Delivery

Local Drop off Delivery applies to areas near SS7, SS6 & SS9. A minimum spend of £20 applies. If there is no answer,  we will leave your delivery in a safe place by/on your doorstep.

At the present time, we only ship to the United Kingdom.  

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail. 

Our candles & lotions will primarily be sent Tracked 48 at no expense to yourself. Clamshells & smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail standard delivery unless purchasing several, then these will be sent Tracked 48 also.

We aim to send all purchases within *3 working days. Please allow a little extra for busier times.

*3 working days is dependent on whether we are fulfilling an in stock order.  If, for example, you request a candle in a different scent or one that is purchased via pre-order. We will need additional time for creating & curing the candle, before sending . Approximately 3+ additional days.
